Motorized Linear Stages

The linear stages of the PMT / LT-series with different drive concepts are optimized especially for use in the metrology world. Low deviations from straightness and flatness as well as high system accuracies characterize the stages that are available with a travel up to 650 mm. Upon request, various special options including a decoupling device for the ball screw, different motors, gearboxes and measuring systems can be offered. As a special option, the PMT 160 is also available with very low roll, pitch and yaw values, or as “dual-speed mode stage” with an extraordinary velocity range.
