FMD designs vacuum positioning systems for a broad range of applications in industry, but also for research and development purposes. Many standard axis and multi-axis systems can be prepared for usage in multiple vacuum levels. Upon request, process optimized solutions are designed and manufactured. According to the required vacuum level, the ma-terials and system components for drive and position measurement are chosen. Internal standards ensure the highest quality during the cleaning processes, storage and assembly. Following consultation with our customers, all our vacuum products are baked.
